Windsor police issue arrest warrant after downtown stabbing

A 25-year-old man has been identified as a suspect in a stabbing in downtown Windsor that occurred early Saturday morning.
Windsor police were called to the 500 block of Ouellette Avenue around 1 a.m. Saturday, where officers found an injured 22-year-old man with stab wounds.
Police said the man was transported to hospital where he remains in stable condition.

Investigators determined a verbal altercation began inside a nightclub and escalated into a physical confrontation, during which the suspect is alleged to have produced a knife and stabbed the man before fleeing the scene.
Police issued an arrest warrant Monday for Austin Ryall, 25, on charges of aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
Ryall is described as a white male, approximately five-foot, 10-inches tall, with a large build, brown hair, blue eyes and a light complexion.
